EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
|
Thank you for placing an order with ClutchBagsOnline.com. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, if you are not pleased with the size, color, or style of your handbag, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. All merchandise must be unused, and must have original labels attached. ClutchBagsOnline.com must have receipt of the merchandise within 30 days of your initial receipt or the item(s) will be rejected. Please note that special orders are returnable for merchandise credit only and that used products are NOT returnable.

EXCHANGES |
For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order (contact us by email or phone)
and we'll ship the item to you free of charge (if you live in the continental USA), along with a prepaid
shipping label for the product you are sending back to be exchanged. If there is a price difference on the
item(s), we will either credit or charge you for the difference. Free exchange shipping only applies to your
initial exchange. If subsequent exchanges ensue, you will be charged shipping.

RETURNS |
For returns, we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise
being returned (please note that shipping charges are not refunded). As a convenience you can contact us
(via phone or email) to request a UPS Return Label to affix to your package and drop off at a local UPS Service
station or drop box. A return postage fee will be deducted from your credit. If you prefer, you may choose an
alternate method to return the merchandise and pay for your own return shipping. (COD returns will not be accepted.)
